Established in early 2018 by Stephen Mendham, the company initially offered commercial building maintenance.  This quickly grew within the first year to also include site management services for a range of main contractors.  Through continued success and repeat business, CoBuild Norfolk Ltd now operates as a main contractor, completing commercial building projects all over East Anglia.

With over fifteen years experience working in the main contractor sector Stephen has industry recognised qualifications including an NVQ level 6 in construction management, BTEC in construction and Site Managers Safety Training Scheme certification to name a few.

All of our trades are vetted and fully insured to ensure we offer the best possible service. We are proud to be CHAS accredited and also members of the Eastern Building Safety Group.
